For many years, RESE Property Management offered ongoing referral fees to our referring realtors.  This program was unfortunately unsustainable as the reciprocal expectations were not being met.
 

If you have a referral for 10 units or less, it is hard for us to pay a referral fee, but we are happy to talk about a one-time referral fee.
 

For properties larger than 10 units, the fees are totally negotiable with the property owners and we work hard to be very competitive.  As a result, referral fees are subject to the level of remuneration we are able to secure on the assignment.
 

Whatever happens, you can be 100% sure that RESE will always refer your clients back to you, if the topic of selling the property referred ever arises.
