Tenants are the life blood of our business and the Team at RESE sincerely appreciates that.

While RESE will always do the very best we can to provide the services our tenants expect, we are simply the middlemen and often need to get owner approval before we are able to act – so please understand that limitation and know we are doing everything humanly possible to get every issue resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible!

In addition, the geography of our portfolio requires us to use a network of third-party vendors to provide the services.  As a result, RESE is not able to control the timing of the services.

Rest assured that our team will continue to work tirelessly to keep your home operational, comfortable and properly maintained.

Our state of the art, online tenant’s portal provides all the resources you will ever need and, if you ever need to contact us, we are only a call away.  You will be able to see your lease, your ledger, your past work orders and other shared documents 24/7 via that portal.

Remember to always leave a voice mail if we are not able to take your call, else we will not know that you called.
